that's certainly effecting things because of the unrest in libya. dow jones live look at the big board off 35 points to 12,177. some good news though -- actually bad news. hewlett pack hard down 11.5%. apple shareholders another local company to watch, they are meeting today to talk about what life will be like after steve jobs. >>> all right. time now 62:00. reportly six block busters in the bay area are closing according to to managers. however officials at company headquarters won't confirm or deny that. workers at the san ramon, san leandro and clayton locations have been told their stores will be shut down in april. the san francisco stores on church street, slope boulevard and one on geary near 17th avenue will also close according to employees at those locations. now the manager at the geary boulevard store says starting friday there will be no more movie rentals. instead, everything will be for sale. block buster filed for bankruptcy last september. they said then that they would close about 250 stores but never gave details about 60 stores
